The creators in the entertainment industry whom I met through my work all had wonderful talents, and it has been my longtime will to make a “shop,” gathering everyone’ s creations together. Then, when I was visiting my favorite place, Kanazawa, I realized that this place where I strongly felt "here is where I want to open my shop! "I honestly feel that there is no place on earth like here, in front of a shrine and where Japanese culture can be densely felt :). Everything consisting Cafe Tamon; its menu, interior, uniform, logo, and menu design, were all made through collaborations with such fabulous creators. I would like to welcome all to freely come stop by this place filled with love and talent, and have an extraordinary time. "Tamon" means to hear abundant good information and keep it in one's mind. I hope that you will be able to experience these sensations at “Tamon.” ＭＥＧＵＭＩ

Beautiful restaurant with friendly staff and great food. Pancakes were very fluffy and airy. Reasonable prices.

Although I aimed while looking at the map app, I couldn't reach easily because of the direction. There were only one or two sets of customers in the store, but customers came to the store one after another when they sat down. It was nice to be free.There was a step near the entrance, but the clerk helped me in advance. (I didn't realize I couldn't tell you ...)Order Mont Blanc Pancakes (+ Topping Noto Daido Azuki), Ice Green Tea.The service, Kaga stick tea, was poured as soon as it was low, and the impression was that it was being carefully watched.The pancake itself is fluffy and has a gentle taste. However, there was more volume than it looks, and the last few were pushed in forcibly. Very delicious and satisfied.I would like to eat fruit pancakes if I have a chance to go next time.

To those who wanted pancakesIt was bigger than I imagined, but when I ate it, it was too light and I finished it right away.It is an elegant shop. I want to go again.
